Great for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Angling is the number one relaxing outdoor pastime in the UK and we are pleased to bring a little bit of calm to this year’s Cheshire Game and Angling Fair.
Taking place along the Lakeside in the beautiful setting of Peover Hall Park, visitors can get involved in lots of activities, watch seasoned demonstrators, Steve Beech & Alan Roe offering Demonstrations & advice on Coarse Fishing along with John Walker & Karl Humphries on Game Fishing (see Timetable below) You can get involved in various competitions, so make sure you come along to the Cheshire Game and Angling Fair and have chat with the professionals, have some fun and learn something new.
Some of the activities taking place over the day will be.
- Casting demonstrations both coarse and game.
- Fly Tying Demonstrations.
- Casting Competition Junior (16 years and under) and Adult classes with prizes.
- Plus lots more to see and do
Bait Casting Competition
Entry Fees: £ 2 Adult per entry, £1 Junior (16 and under) per entry
- 2 minutes duration
- Cast the ball into each bucket in turn, Straight in not bounced in.
- In the event of a tie, there will be a cast off.
- Junior & Adult
